clamtard's Cicada-Cheese Wontons

"Mascara, you have serious psychological problems."

6 ounces cream cheese

30 freshly boiled cicadas, drained

1 pkg. wonton wrappers

Drop approximately 1 tablespoon cream cheese on top of each wonton wrapper.
Place one cicada on top of cream cheese.
Fold corners in and seal with egg white.
Fry in hot oil until crispy and brown. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
If Canadian, serve drowned in poutine.
